HEALTH and WELLNESS Affirmations

It is NEVER too late to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The key is to take baby steps and just get started.

If you already eat healthy but don't exercise then start a walking program and BUILD from there. If you eat healthy and exercise then maybe it is time to take it up a notch. You know exactly where you are because you have an INNER knowing telling you exactly where you are and where you need to TWEAK it. How do you get started, push past limits, and claim your right to HEALTH and WELLNESS?

Start today and DECLARE it. Make a decision and then commit to taking one SMALL step each and every day.

Here are few AFFIRMATIONS to add to your tool box. They can help you ALIGN your thoughts with words so that you will then
become empowered to take ACTION. Wishing you a lifetime of Health and Wellness!

I have the power to control my health and my well-being.

I make good decisions about what I eat and make choices that will keep me my body lean, strong and healthy.

I have abundant energy, vitality and well-being.

I am healthy in all aspects of my life, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I am powerful and fearless because I know that I control my own body.

I focus on the positive aspects of my body and honor, respect, and love all that I am.

I am filled with energy to do all the daily activities in my life.

I am in control of my mind, body and spirit at all times.

I love, nurture and care for my body and it cares for me.

Every cell in my body is healed, cleansed and purified.

Thank you, Wendi, for the empowering words. I'm getting older and my health has taken a back seat to raising our children. Now, I'm facing a milestone and realize I need to make some changes in order to fully enjoy my future. You have inspired me to go take a walk (baby steps, right?). Loving the affirmations, too.
